1. Parties and definitions
Service provider: We Do Global Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 14424600, address halfreal.wtf ("HalfReal"). Contact: info@halfreal.wtf. The other party is the natural person who registers for or uses the Service (the "User"). "Virtual Item" means all digital content used in the Service such as coins, diamonds, items, weapons, pets, cosmetics, SVIP perks and the like; "Partner" means a user marked as approved by HalfReal in the Service who can sell Virtual Items to users; "Community Manager" means a user to whom HalfReal has given limited moderation powers.
2. Formation, age and capacity
- The Agreement is formed electronically when you tick the checkbox on the sign-up/sign-in screen or start using the Service. The version and time of your confirmation are recorded.
- You must be at least 13 to use the Service. Users under 18 may use it only with the knowledge and permission of their legal representative (parent/guardian); paid transactions need the legal representative's approval. A user who declares that permission is responsible for the truth of that declaration.
- We may suspend or close the account if an age or capacity declaration turns out to be false.
3. Account and security
- You are responsible for everything done with your account and must keep your device, sign-in details and linked Google account safe. You must tell us immediately if you learn of unauthorised use.
- As a rule each person may have one account. Opening multiple accounts to gain rewards or advantages is prohibited. Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, rented or shared.
- Guest accounts may be lost if you change devices or clear app data; HalfReal is not responsible for the loss of a guest account.
- You can delete your account at any time.
4. Licence and intellectual property
The software, design, user interface, character, item and map art, AI-generated visuals (other than your own photo), music and sounds, brand and logos and all other elements of the Service belong to HalfReal or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Agreement transfers no ownership right to you. The HalfReal name, logo and visuals may not be used without permission; reverse engineering the software or trying to access its source code is prohibited.
5. User content
- Messages, nicknames, bios, room names, photos, audio and generated avatars/items you upload ("User Content") are your responsibility. You keep ownership.
- You give us a free, worldwide, transferable and sublicensable right, not limited in time, to use your content to run, display, store, translate and moderate the Service, to keep it secure and to let avatars/items be used in the game. This right ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to legal retention duties and content already shared with or copied by other users.
- You promise to share only content you own or are authorised or have consent to use, and not to unlawfully upload third parties' (especially children's) photos or data.
- HalfReal has no duty to review User Content in advance and may remove content it finds unlawful or in breach of the Agreement without notice.
6. Prohibited conduct
The following, and what is stated in the Community Guidelines, are prohibited:
- Cheating, bots, macros, automation, unauthorised software or exploiting bugs; overloading, attacking or trying to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its servers; bypassing security measures; hiding your device/IP to avoid bans;
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, obscene, violent, child-exploiting or unlawful content; disclosing personal data; impersonation; spam and fraud;
- Manipulating the economy, fake transactions, moving resources with multiple accounts, using the Service for money laundering or terrorist financing;
- Buying, selling, brokering or advertising Virtual Items, accounts or user information for real money or other value other than through the channels the Service allows;
- Any use that infringes the rights, intellectual property or legislation of others.
7. Moderation, penalties and appeals
Where there is a violation or suspected violation, HalfReal may, without having to explain the reason and in proportion to its seriousness, remove content, warn, mute in chat, restrict features, impose temporary or permanent restrictions, suspend or close the account, take back Virtual Items obtained through the violation and, where needed, notify the competent authorities. For security reasons details of moderation methods may not be shared. You can appeal a penalty at info@halfreal.wtf; appeals are reviewed within a reasonable time.
Community Managers act only within the powers, country and time limits given by HalfReal and keep an evidence record; they are not employees or representatives of HalfReal, and their powers can be withdrawn at any time. You can appeal a manager's decision.
8. Virtual items, coins and diamonds
- Virtual Items are digital content licensed for use inside the Service; they create no ownership right, have no cash value and, except in the ways the Service allows in writing, cannot be transferred. Your balance is not a bank account, e-money or an investment instrument and earns no interest.
- Cosmetics and some Virtual Items may be timed; the right to use them ends when the period ends.
- Prices, packs, rates, rewards, drop probabilities and economy parameters may be updated for balance. We reserve the right to correct or take back balances and items resulting from errors, exploits, cheating or abuse.
- If HalfReal closes the Service it gives reasonable advance notice; free-earned Virtual Items are not refunded. Mandatory consumer law is reserved for paid products.
- For purchase, withdrawal and refund details see Payments & Refunds.
9. Trading between users and Partner transactions
- HalfReal does not pay real money directly to users. The Service lets users buy and sell in-game items and Virtual Items among themselves inside the Service (stalls, gifts, swaps etc.).
- Exchange of Virtual Items between users for money takes place only through the Partner mechanism the Service offers and between users, over payment channels outside the Service. In these transactions the contract is formed between the buyer and the Partner (or seller user); HalfReal is not a party, seller, buyer, broker, intermediary payment institution or escrow agent, does not hold or transfer funds, and does not guarantee that payment will be or has been made, the honesty, ability or legal status of the other party, or the outcome of the transaction.
- HalfReal provides a technical platform that lets the parties find each other, keeps and transfers in-game balances and keeps records. In-game records can be used as evidence in a dispute between the parties (see Section 17), but HalfReal has no duty to mediate, collect or compensate.
- The parties handle the payment between them, delivery, tax and reporting obligations, and identity and age checks at their own responsibility. The user declares that they choose the person they transact with at their own decision and accept the risks of the transaction knowingly.
- Being shown as a Partner does not mean HalfReal guarantees that person's solvency, honesty or legal compliance. Partners are also bound by this Agreement and the Community Guidelines; Partner status can be removed for violations.
- HalfReal may stop transactions that raise suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of age limits, tax evasion or other breaches of law, freeze the related balances and accounts, keep records and share them with the competent authorities.
10. Risks, taxes and user responsibility
- Payments outside the Service carry risks such as fraud, non-payment, chargebacks, payment to the wrong person and difficulty getting a refund. These risks belong to the user; you should be careful with suspicious requests, transact only with people you know and trust, and protect your payment details.
- Income, tax, duties, reporting and other obligations arising from user-to-user transactions belong entirely to the user concerned; HalfReal gives no advice on them.
- The user must comply with the law of the country where their transactions take place and agrees not to make transactions the law prohibits.
11. Fraud, unlawful acts and cooperation with authorities
- The users concerned are personally and fully responsible for fraud, breach of trust, theft, forgery, cybercrime, money laundering, tax evasion and any other unlawful acts that may arise in transactions between users. HalfReal is not the perpetrator, accomplice, helper or party of these acts; the legal, criminal and financial responsibility arising from them belongs to the user who commits them.
- On suspicion or a report of an unlawful act, HalfReal may suspend or close the related accounts, freeze or take back Virtual Items and balances, and keep records (including account, transaction, message, payout request, device and IP records).
- HalfReal answers lawful requests of courts, prosecutors, law enforcement, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority, the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK), the Personal Data Protection Board and other competent public bodies; and, when it notices suspected crime or unlawfulness, or needs to protect a right or meet a legal obligation, it may share the identity, account, transaction, communication and technical records of the user concerned directly with the competent authorities and file criminal complaints. The user accepts this in advance.
- Users who think they are victims are advised, besides contacting HalfReal, to apply without delay to law enforcement or the public prosecutor's office and to inform the bank/payment institution they paid through. Within the law HalfReal may provide information to help the user's official application, but has no duty to compensate loss or damage.
12. AI-generated content
Avatars and item images made from your photos are generated with AI; there is no guarantee that the result will meet your expectations, resemble you or reach a particular quality. Inappropriate inputs may be rejected; for paid generations a rejection is refunded. Generated images are for use inside the game; use that infringes third parties' rights is your responsibility. For data processing details see Privacy Policy Section 4.
13. Provision of the Service and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or to work on every device; it may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, force majeure, attacks or third-party outages. HalfReal may change, add or remove features, games, prices and economy rules, and may not offer part of the Service in some countries or on some platforms (for example some app store versions). Important changes are announced in a reasonable way.
14. Limitation of liability
Subject to mandatory law (in particular Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 and the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502), and unless caused by our intent or gross negligence, HalfReal is not liable for: (a) users' content and conduct toward one another, (b) losses, fraud, taxes and penalties arising from payments, value transfers and trades between users made outside the Service, (c) outages or breaches of third-party service providers (hosting, payment, AI, store, internet), (d) loss, deletion or expiry of Virtual Items, the end of the Service, or closure of an account due to a penalty, (e) your device, account and sign-in details being taken over through your negligence, (f) indirect, incidental or consequential damage, or loss of profit, reputation, data or opportunity. As a consumer, HalfReal's total liability for your direct damage is limited to the price you paid for the paid transaction concerned; this limit does not apply to the extent it conflicts with mandatory provisions and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
15. Indemnity and protection of rights
The user agrees to compensate, in proportion to their fault, the direct damage HalfReal suffers — including reasonable attorney fees and litigation costs — from the user's breach of the Agreement, the Community Guidelines or law, from User Content, from infringing third parties' rights, or from third-party claims arising out of transactions between users. HalfReal may keep records and share them with the competent authorities to protect its legal rights. This clause cannot be interpreted in a way that conflicts with a consumer's mandatory legal protection.
16. Content notices (Law No. 5651)
The Service is a hosting provider where users share content. You can report content you think is unlawful with the in-app report feature or at info@halfreal.wtf; notices are assessed under Law No. 5651 and its regulation. For intellectual property notices, state your ownership and the infringing content.
17. Evidentiary value of records
The parties accept that electronic records kept on HalfReal's servers, transaction (ledger) records, message, moderation and sign-in records are conclusive evidence under Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100 and are valid unless proved otherwise. This clause does not limit a consumer's mandatory evidence and proof rights.
18. Personal data
Your personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice; these texts are an integral part of the Agreement.
19. Termination and account closure
You can end the Agreement at any time by deleting your account; when the account is deleted, Virtual Items and balances on it are not refunded (Delete Account). HalfReal may suspend or close your account for a breach of the Agreement, for security or legal reasons, or if the Service ends. Provisions that must survive termination (intellectual property, liability, indemnity, evidence, governing law) remain in force.
20. General provisions
- Severability: invalidity of one provision does not affect the others; an invalid provision is interpreted as the nearest valid one.
- No waiver: not exercising a right is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: HalfReal may assign its rights and obligations under the Agreement; the User may not.
- Notices: HalfReal may notify you by in-app notice, the email linked to your account or an announcement on this site. Notices to us are made to info@halfreal.wtf or our KEP address.
- Force majeure: no liability arises for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond the parties' control (natural disaster, war, epidemic, power/internet/provider outages, cyber attack, official decision etc.).
- Changes: we may update the Agreement; the current version takes effect when published. Important changes are announced in the app and, where needed, your approval is asked again; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new version.
21. Governing law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to the Agreement. For transactions made as a consumer, within the monetary limits the Consumer Arbitration Committee of your residence or of the place of the transaction, and otherwise the Consumer Court, has jurisdiction. For other disputes the Courts and Enforcement Offices of [City] have jurisdiction. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith through info@halfreal.wtf. Your rights under the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence are not affected.
