Delete Account
You can delete your HalfReal account and the data tied to it. Last updated: October 8, 2026
From inside the app (recommended)
- Sign in to the HalfReal app.
- Go to Settings → Delete my account.
- Read the warning and confirm with "Yes, delete my account".
After you confirm, you are signed out and the deletion happens 7 days later.
By email
If you cannot reach the app, email info@halfreal.wtf with the subject "Account Deletion Request", from the email address linked to your account or with your account nickname. We may ask for extra information to verify your identity.
The 7-day waiting period
If you sign in to your account again within 7 days of the request, the deletion request is cancelled automatically. If nobody signs in for 7 days, your account and data are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
What is deleted?
- Your account, nickname, profile and character,
- Everything virtual on your account: coins, diamonds, items, pets, cosmetics, SVIP and balances,
- Your friendships, room and club memberships and the rooms you own,
- The photos you uploaded and the images generated from them,
- Your private messages and the game records tied to your account.
What may be kept for a while?
- Payment records held by the payment provider (for example Stripe) and the app stores, for as long as tax and commercial law require,
- Limited records kept for security and legal obligations (for example access logs under Turkish Law No. 5651, and sanction records),
- Aggregated data that does not directly identify you.
These records are kept only for the legally required period and purpose, then deleted or anonymised. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Purchases
Paid items and balances on a deleted account are not refunded. If you have a diamond balance, we suggest you review it before deleting. See Payments & Refunds.
